An aggravating thing about USB-c cable "standard" is that the data speed rating and the power handling rating are two separate things! The fastest cables don't necessarily provide the maximum power, and vice versa. And the (lack of) informational labeling can be abysmal, especially third-party cables. In fact, USB-C power cables often support only USB-2 data transfer rate, which is 10x slower than USB-3.0 and 80x slower than USB4/Thunderbolt 4!!
This Monoprice cable is a handy length, and provides both USB 3.2 gen 2 (10MB/s) speed, which is twice as fast as USB 3.0, and fast enough for all but the very fastest NVMe drives and 8k monitors, ~and~ also can deliver 100w of PD (power delivery) to charge a power-hungry laptop like a Macbook Pro 2023. The connectors are also labeled properly as to their data speed, hurray!
The only downside is that it is quite stiff, so be careful of strain on your USB-c ports.
