Bad product from this seller
I've used this serum for several years with great results. I received this product and it was not the same serum I've used in the past. The major issue was the consistency. I could not use the dropper because the serum was clumping to the sides and bottom of the container. It had the consistency of soft jello. I also had difficulty trying to manually shake it out of the container. I contacted the seller who did not respond. So buyer beware! You will have no support from the seller once the transaction is complete. I had to add water to the serum and shake it vigorously to get the contents out of the bottle. That's obviously counter productive considering the serum is now diluted. This is a great product. The one I received was defective. The sellers lack of communication made this purchase an unsatisfactory experience.
