HOW IT IS CONSTRUCTED

All the solids (posts,spindles,base) are eucalyptus with a walnut finish. All panels are MDF with real walnut veneer.
All wood is kiln-dried for added strength and lasting beauty.
Masterfully crafted with mortise-and-tenon construction and tongue-and-groove joinery for structural integrity
Drawer features English dovetail joinery, and waxed wooden glides that ensure smooth motion. Sturdy half-moon safety stop keeps drawer securely in place
Finish is applied in multi-step process using child-safe, water-based stain, which provides durability, richness and depth of color to each piece.

In-Home Delivery and Assembly with Unlimited Flat Rate: Delivery times vary

An unlimited number of eligible and select oversized items can be delivered to your home for a single flat rate. Items marked as In-Home Delivery will be placed where you prefer and professionally assembled in your home, and packaging will be taken away. There are some restrictions to what our team can assemble, they cannot install lighting fixtures, wall-mounted items and other select furniture.

Ship to Store

With Ship to Store Delivery, items can be shipped to and picked up from your local store for a reduced shipping price. Eligible items will show “Buy Online, Ship to Store” on the product page. You will be charged a competitive flat-rate shipping fee for most eligible orders. You have 7 days from when you placed your order to pick up these items. Make sure your vehicle is large enough to fit items packaged in larger boxes. Exact shipping and processing charges will appear during the checkout process.

EASY RETURNS

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligible items can be exchanged for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or seven days for Quick Ship upholstery items. An original receipt or gift receipt is required, our stores will not accept returns or exchanges without a receipt or proof of purchase. We will issue a refund in the form of the original payment or with a gift card. Shipping charges may be applied to your refund amount.

For Online Purchases:  Visit our returns page to create a UPS shipping label or visit your local store to make a free return. For oversized items and quick-ship furniture, please call (866) 472-4001 for more details.
For In-Store Purchases:  Products purchased in our stores cannot be returned or exchanged online or over the phone.
- All delivery or set-up fees for the products being delivered still apply.
- For white glove delivery, the old mattress and/or foundation will be taken at delivery of your new mattress.
- For parcel shipments, we are happy to pick up your old mattress and/or foundation. Please call us to schedule a pickup within 30 days of the delivery of your new mattress.
- Please note we may refuse to pick up the old mattress and/or foundation if it poses a health or safety risk.
