You know that way your boobs sat during yesteryear, wearing a tight pressed tank top or dress braless. A very sloped sort of look from the side at the very top to middle, followed by the weight or majority of the fullness supporting your breast at the bottom. A bit pointy one might say. It's an entirely different shape to the half global, spherical, circular, whatever you want to call it, cup protrusion that is offered normally by padded pushup bras. While the padding on the inside is not equally distributed on the usual padded bra, the outside shape of the cup usually gives the illusion that it's evenly distributed. NOT so here.
As I was bumbling on about @ the start, it seems like the idea of this bra is to have a sort of hybrid shaping that is somewhere between trying to look like the average padded bra and the "madonna bra". It almost looks like it's made to replicate a dramatized no bra look. It still looks so obviously and wildly apparent I'm wearing a bra, but the shape is like a perkier, more puffed up "surgically enhanced" version of the natural sloping to resting breasts. I don't really care about what people think about me on the day to day (in regards to if someone can tell my natural size from enhanced because they WILL tell based on the shape alone), and plan on having breast augmentation in the future, so this was a fantastic middle ground to see if I would enjoy how implants might sit after they "drop".
Based on reviews, I sized up on both band and cup, and I myself am probably going to order again in my usual band size with sized up cup. Going strapless with upsized band does make it slip and slide quite a bit if I don't tighten it up to the smallest it can go. Consistency issues make it hard to tell without ordering multiples what is the best size to choose, these are inexpensive enough that I'm comfortable doing that. The padding is so heavily focused on the lower part of the breast, it's easy to have too much of yourself spilling out at the top, and this shape is simply not made for that to look good like it might for the more traditional push-up bras. So sizing is a crucial factor to how it will look and I'm sure would dramatically change if someone might enjoy this more so than standard shapes. Upsizing the cup for me made the fill just fine, no unfortunate-looking "muffin top" breast from the cusped top of the cup, and was still pushed up and supported enough to have sizeable cleavage. If you are wearing without straps and have the funds for it, it might be wise to do what I'm doing and order one accurately sized band, and one sized up band (along with sized up cup).
The material of the bra was far above satisfactory, I wasn't expecting it to feel so good based on what I'm used to paying for bras and how low cost this was. I'm going to be more delicate about washing as I don't want to press my luck.
Know what you're getting before you get it, if you are wanting a very specific uniform even shaping, you won't find it here. If you want a unique bra, where the fullness is mostly at the bottom and cup is thinner and pulls in more so at the top to create a slightly pointed look, well, you found a winner.

Finally! An equal competitor to the Bombshell!
I have searched FOREVER for an alternative for the VS Bombshell bra. It’s hard for me to find a flattering strapless bra that stays put and adds some extra volume. This one doesn’t get tired or slide down as the day goes on, even if it’s 100 degrees and I’m sweating. I’m going to exchange the (38D) for my correct size (36D) and order one with straps too. I accidentally ordered the wrong size from VS too but the one pictured is my correct size. Hence, the size difference in the pics. I can say the sizing is accurate. I also ordered a bombshell in a 38D and had to exchange it too. The Dobreva had the exact same results and fit exactly like the Dobreva. ****The pictures show COMPARISONS OF TWO DIFFERENT SIZED BRAS. The photo shows the 36D VS Bombshell on bottom and the 38D Dobreva on the top. The design and material are exactly the same. Actually, my VS outside fabric is wrinkling and I haven’t even washed it. To be honest, I like the Dobreva a little better than the VS Bombshell. It’s not as heavy but the padding holds up the girls just the same. The design is the same. I had a bombshell in the larger size before and it also fit the same. It definitely adds two cups both up and out. Boob job without the surgery. If you order one too large, it will look unnatural and stick out too far. Make sure you know what you want out of this bra. It doesn’t just add cleavage by pushing up. It extends outwards too. If you are just looking for a push-up bra without adding 2 sizes towards the front of your chest, this isn't for you. This is more for girls who are disproportionate and need to make their boobs look bigger or to fill out a dress that has too much room up top. If you are looking for a bombshell that will make the girls look two sizes larger and enhance your figure, but don't want to spend a million $, this is it. Unfortunately, I don’t have huge breasts but I have an unflattering belly and posture due to a back condition. If I don’t wear this bra that makes my breasts stick out further than my belly I get often asked, “Oh, when are you due?” 😆

I’m a 40/42 C (but usually bras only Go up to 38) so I got a bra extension to make it my size from amazon too.
These pictures are from July 2021
So I usually only wear sports bras after having my first two kids and I needed a strapless bra for my bridesmaid dress and victoria secret was sold out of the strapless bombshell, so I tried to find something similar and came across this bra which had mix reviews and not a lot of pictures when I was looking at the time and I was very unsure but decided to give it a try. This bra ended up being great it really felt like a dupe of the Victoria secrets Bombshell bra and was more then half the price! The fit only went up to a 38 which sucked cause my measurements are bigger especially being pregnant but I got a bra extender and it fit perfect! Comfort was great when using the bra extender but If I didn’t use the bra Extender my back chub would’ve been showing and it would’ve been way to tight. I do want to say So people know the bra is very padded to help push your girls up high, so if you don’t like padding or never owned a bra with padding your probably not going to be a fan. I will add pictures of the actual bra later. I hope this was helpful.
