Bought two one for myself and one for my mom to use on our trip (23 hours total flying, 11 hours one way, 12 hour return) worked very well, loved being able to move it around as it helped a lot for being in a window seat on the way back home. It also provided enough support to be able to sleep in the middle of two aisle seats. 4/5 stars for the bad stitching prior to use on one, I noticed at the airport just after getting through TSA with 0 use. The support for the button is not NEEDED to use the pillow, I just like my things to come as advertised. This than the typical neck pillow people use for flights in my opinion, and I would buy again for the great adjustability level.

    The Bendy Roll Pillow is absolutely amazing! What impressed me the most is its versatility. It can be shaped in multiple ways to provide support exactly where I need it, whether it’s for my neck, back, or legs.     I really wanted to like it.
    I have really bad neck pain because of the arthritis in my vertebrae. I needed something to help with support for my neck while reading, watching tv and car rides.
    I read the reviews and this sounded like the thing I needed. I loved the idea that it would bend and I could adjust it to fit different areas of my head and neck depending on how I was sitting or lying.
    Well, I don’t know what people are doing to make this thing work, but it’s the most uncomfortable neck pillow ever.
    The bar inside is hard and pokes you no matter how you put it. No matter how I bend or adjust this thing it’s hideously uncomfortable. It actually hurts to use it.
    The idea behind it is great, the actual design is terrible. I have fought with this thing for a week and not once have I found a comfortable way to put it on my neck or the back of my head.
    Total waste of money and time.

This pillow is twistable so you can have your neck in a lot of different positions or just fold it and use it as a pillow. I used this in a window seat and was able to lean against the wall with the pillow. I was able to get a few hours of sleep on the plane. I did get stopped by TSA because there is a wire in the pillow and the pillow was in my bookbag, so it may be best to have the pillow out of your carry-on when going through security.

    Love it! Got my ears pierced on both sides at the same time . Tried an airplane pillow and it was so hard and uncomfortable. I just couldn’t do it. This pillow is soft enough that it doesn’t hurt your neck but supportive enough to hold your head up. I love that you can take the cover off too wash it and very well made. So happy I didn’t waste money on those 40$+ pillows for piercings.

    It's a good idea to have a chair with a headrest. Until then though, an alternative is to tie up a ObusForme Highback Backrest Support to the back of a chair with a ratcheting strap. Then position a Dot&Dot Twist Memory Foam Travel Pillow behind your neck.
