Bought the new Focal Theva No1's, my first set of passive HiFi speakers, away from the surgically cold precise sound of studio monitors, now getting warm sound that fills the room. I also bought a S670H Reciever/ Amp combo to power the Thevas, w/ Audyssey Room correction. The room correction was a trip, it has you place a microphone in the middle of the room and plays test signals thru the speaker into the mic to calibrate the sound to be optimal for the room, and really made a difference for the Focal Thevas. The highs on the Thevas are brilliantly detailed with great depth, I was worried about the lows from reviews however the bass is solid, you can definitely feel it move through you. I should've switched to HiFi a long time ago.
