These are an absolutely awesome invention. I have been sleeping with a buckwheat-filled bolster over my eye and ear for years. (I’m a side sleeper.) Lately, the weight had been bothering my neck, and it got hot in the summer. Then, these wonderful inventions appeared. These much smaller pods weigh nicely on my eye and ear, blocking out light and sound, and making it easy to fall back asleep when I wake up at night. The silk side is perfectly cool for the hot Miami nights and I hear gentle on skin to help avoid wrinkles. I wish I had thought of them! I give them as gifts to all my insomniac, post-menopausal girlfriends.
