Not a company that stand behind product
I purchased this brush and within 7-8 months the bristles started falling out in huge bunches. For a $50 I found this unacceptable. I reached out to IT cosmetics by email asking for a replacement for my defective brush. They responded with a short rude email stating that they would not stand behind their product because it was not purchased on their website. For a company that markets their products on multiple platforms; amazon, Ulta, Target, QVC, Macy's, Sephora, etc. it is unacceptable to not stand behind your product. They have a IT Cosmetics store front on Amazon (I did not buy it from a third party) if they are benefitting from Amazon and these other stores for marketing and selling their product they should also stand behind the product regardless of where the customers buys it from. Will look elsewhere for my cosmetics need, IT has gotten too big and does not have their customers best interest in mind.
