      Update- the customer service from this seller is impeccable. I was contacted immediately after my review was approved and offered a new and improved device at no cost. It’s not often this happens. I am looking forward to getting a new one and I know my daughter will be thrilled!

      If I could rate 0 stars I would. Bought this for my daughter for Christmas and like other customers, only the charging part of it worked. Nothing else. Now the charging part doesn’t even work. Of course it’s way too late to return. My daughter has tried so hard to get it all to work. Very disappointed, don’t waste your money.
