Although I did not have as much luck using them for my regular blueberry, strawberry, peach and apple muffins -- for some reason batter takes longer to bake in these molds and I have not fully experimented with needed time adjustments -- they are absolutely perfect for my egg muffins. In a regular mold it was necessary to butter AND spray and even then, easy removal was not guaranteed. These literally bake the eggs perfectly at the least time setting ensuring easy lift out of the mold. I love them and gave a set to my newly married niece who wants to make egg muffins. I highly recommend!

I love making muffins, and do so often. A few months ago, I made egg muffins for breakfast in a nonstick metal muffin pan. They stuck to the pan, even when the pan was greased, and we’re a complete ragged mess. This event led me to look for another solution. I hesitated buying this because of the expense, but honestly, this product bakes muffins of all kinds perfectly. And the muffins are usually ready ten minutes sooner than when baked in metal pans. And when they’re done, I flip over the SilPat pan and out they tumble. Effortlessly. Worth every penny, and super easy to clean. If you love muffins, this is your pan! My only complaint is that they don’t have a jumbo muffin pan.

The silpat muffin mold is wonderful - no need to add any type of fat to the mold and the baked goods (muffins or individual egg omlets, or cupcakes or mini meatloafs release effortlessly. Cleaning is a breeze. The mold does need to be placed on a cookie sheet type pan for support. The product is wonderful - however delivery took days longer than amazon stated, kept getting the message 'your order will be late but is still on the way' 'if your order is not receivied by ... contact us for refund or reorder" If finally arrived and I am happy with the product. My previous experience with amazon deliver has been good - hopefully this was a blip.

Silpat is a great product and are not cheap - I have numerous silpat items - I bought these to use when I make custard tarts - and I like them getting brown and crispy - on the outside - unfortunately they did not as it seems you need a metal pan for the heat - these are a great product for any muffins - but if your looking to really brown something you need to stick to metal pans

Easy to use. The material makes lifting a full muffin pan flimsy so best to use a wire rack to make it stable. Once muffins removed from oven it cools quickly to the touch. After cooling I just punch them out from the bottom.
No scrubbing to clean. Keep the muffin holders ounces out to clean. Submerge in water and wipe to clean. I hung it up on the clothesline to dry.

The muffins baked evenly. Happy with the purchase. Just use with an open rack as shown in last picture.

I have had my Silpat muffin Molds for thirty years and absolutely love them! They work perfectly every time, clean with a wee bit of a wipe but usually don't need anything, and nothing ever sticks to them. They are as great now as they were when I got them. I just bought some for my daughter who has not had any luck with various silicone molds that she has tried. The Silpat ones are crazy expensive, but worth every penny. My daughter is thrilled to have ones like mine and I know she will get her thirty years plus out of hers, too. A wonderful product.

I bought this to replace a cheaper silicone muffin mold I had and am very glad I did. There was a weird rubbery taste being added by the cheaper model that is no longer present. This silplat is super easy to remove muffins, easy to clean, and works extremely well. Could not be happier! Well worth the extra few dollars and much cheaper on Amazon than buying from Williams Sonoma in Canada.
