with four common ingredients.
Our Sonoran-style flour tortillas are made with four simple, non-GMO ingredients and contain no preservatives. We currently offer three varieties. The first is made with pork fat from humanely raised pigs, the second with duck fat from cage-free ducks and our third is vegetarian, made with avocado oil.
How to heat them up.
Simple. Hot and fast. Our tortillas are fully cooked, they just need a kiss of heat to make them the best tortillas. At home, preheat your pan to the highest. Once hot, place the tortilla on the pan and let it sit for a few seconds. It will sizzle, blister and it will obtain brown freckles (flavor). Repeat on the other side and enjoy!
