Third party seller with Poor Quality Control
I usually buy this at the store, and they are great, but they have not be in stock for some time so I tried buying here. They are supposed to be fillets but arrived liquified, a disintegrated mush. I didn’t realize I was buying from a third party seller, so I can’t replace. Total waste of money.

See the picture. This is what you get in the mail. A mushed up, horrible and disgusting paste. I ordered whole anchovy filets and instead I got this! The time is NOT RETURNABLE, so unless you want to send this company free money, do not buy this product.

I read about this brand of anchovies and was anxious to taste them as soon as they arrived. The taste was pretty good, but it was quickly ruined by all the bones poking all over my mouth! I had to spit it out and continued removing bones that got left behind for the next few minutes. I made the mistake of ordering two jars and thought I could at least return the unopened one. But when I tried to initiate a return, I found out that this product is not returnable. Super disappointing that anchovy filets that are not properly fileted can’t be returned. Too much work to attempt to remove all those bones from each anchovy. I was also expecting that these anchovy fillets could be removed from the jar in one piece, but they fall apart too easily. The jar is about 1/2 the size I expected, and about 1/3 of the contents is olive oil, so definitely not worth the money in my opinion.
