SO I do what any reasonable person would, and make banana bread!!! TBH, I’m not a huge fan of measuring when it comes to baking…. I just add things in here & there, but for the sake of it, here’s the exact recipe: -4 bananas, mashed -1 large egg -3ish tablespoons of Brown Sugar -2ish tablespoons of cane sugar -1ish teaspoon of cinnamon -1 teaspoon baking powder -1 teaspoon baking soda -1/2 teaspoon salt -1 1/2 cups gluten-free flour -2 tablespoons butter, melted -top with chocolate chips #glutenfreebaking #glutenfree #target #baking #bananabread #bananabreadrecipe #organic #bread
