So sad. The pictures look like the dividers are covered with a material and that the cardboard frame pieces are study. Nope.The cardboard frame pieces are so bent up that they don't hold a frame.The dividers are plain cardboard. I can live with that.The zipper was zipped and partially open. I held my breath as I unzipped it. Luckily up opened. We'll see how it survives.You get exactly what you paid for, cheap products.

We are redoing our kitchen so I needed to protect and store some stem- and glassware during this project. This item does the trick. The cardboard inserts are sturdy enough and go all the way around so the glasses are protected on all sides. You can't stack on top and I wouldn't use these to pack for a move unless you pad them even more but for protecting items while they are stored, these are perfect.

I suppose if you are going to just store wine bottles in it, it would be okay, but I wanted to put it in my freezer to separate my chilled beer glasses. It's in there, but the measurements listed are not correct. I measured my freezer space and it should have fit, but it's too big. But it'll work until I find something else.

I would not recommend these storage boxes. They are very flimsy and cheap. The inserts are cheap cardboard and not covered in the material pictured. I should have read the reviews more closely. I would send them back if I didn't need them this weekend. . .
