This antique Charlotte pan is from the late 19th century and was originally used as a pudding mould – today, it’s a versatile pan for baking souffles or cooking savory sides. Thick in gauge with a brass finial, this restored copper pan is lined in tin and complete with hand-cut, heart-shaped handles on both sides.

How to Care for your Copper Cookware
- Before first use, clean with soap and water; dry thoroughly.
- Copper cleans very easily. After use, fill the cookware with water and dish soap; let it soak for about fifteen minutes. Use only non-abrasive products and sponges when you clean.
- When cooking, use a low flame. Do not pre-heat or heat empty; do not use this cookware to sear.
- When baking, do not heat above 450 degrees.
- The exterior of your cookware may darken with prolonged use; you can clean it with copper polish.
