For some context, I’ve been in orthotic inserts for about 10 years. I’ve tried every mainstream brand from superfeet to Good Feet, as well as more specialty ones from my podiatrist. I have flat feet that severely overpronate and cause all kinds of back and knee issues.

Around Nov last year I developed plantar fasciitis after trying a new brand of shoe. Despite going back to my old shoes and podiatrist-given inserts, the heel pain took months to go away. When it returned about a month ago I decided I needed to try something new and on a whim thought I’d give these a go.

When I tell you my heel pain disappeared the literal first step I took with these. After 2 weeks of using these, walking at least 5 miles/day, I can now even walk around barefoot at the house without issue. I feel like I am walking better and my posture has improved with the support as well.

These are a pretty aggressive insert. If you aren’t used to using one, it will take a bit to break in. You’ll feel it in your arch and the sole of your foot. Stick with it, start with just an hour at a time and work your way up. But these are actual magic.

Bought these hoping these would relieve some of my heel pain as I have flat feet and have sore heels. I wore them first time yesterday at work. 3 hours into my 12 hour shift at the hospital, my heels, arches, shins and knees were hurting so bad! By the time I got off work, I could barely walk to the shower my feet, ankles, shins and knees hurt so bad.

I tried to use them again the very next shift at work to see if maybe it hurt because I had to break them in, but as soon as I started to take a few steps, immediately the pain jolted from my heels and up both legs. I immediately took them out of my shoes and I had a better shift after.

I definitely do not recommend these!
