I bought this a few weeks ago and I thoroughly enjoy it. The reason why I rated this 4/5 is the battery life. After it's been fully charged and if I don't use it for a few days, the battery lifecycle lasts less than 30 minutes so it doesn't last long. Suction is great and provides extensions that are helpful when cleaning.

I have ordered my Dyson vacuum cleaner on 11/23/2023. They told it would be delivered on 11/29/2023. It has been over three weeks but i still don't see my merchandise. What is happening ? I tracked the shipment that showed it was in transit in Ontario processing on the 11/25/2023. Then they sent me a email and said the shipment has been delayed. They had never contacted me again ever since. I have contacted Walmart and they told me they will contact the seller. I really disappointed the way they handle my shipment. Three weeks has been gone ! How long will it take for them to deliver one merchandise ???

Was delivered with the top part of the box missing, and pieces were exposed. I contacted Walmart and they told me to contact Dyson. Dyson told me they couldn't send a replacement and I could return the damaged product to Walmart if I wasn't happy. Very disappointing.

Arrived damaged

I bought it as my birthday present, and it would have arrived before my birthday. However, my order was delayed twice and the guy called Alex from ART team processed a refund without my permission. Never use Walmart again.

Disgusting, ruined my birthday

Very disappointed as a ordered this as a gift and when the vacuum was delivered, the top flap had been cut open/damaged. After speaking to Walmart 3 separate times (one call mentioned he would reach out to Dyson to send a replacement, Dyson had responded they cannot replace it and to get a refund) one call escalated me to tier 2 and the call dropped after waiting 1 and a half hours (never called me back) and the last call tried to rectify the issue by having me return it directly to Fedex and gave me credit to purchase the Dyson again at a higher value. I don't really understand the long process of getting my order right when my product came damaged - I did not want a refund, I just wanted it replaced. By no means was I going to accept the product that I ordered as a gift. Unfortunately I will not be getting the same vacuum as it's no longer the same price I ordered for and the credit I received will not add up with the taxes included. Side note I had ordered $1.5k worth of items and all others came in fine. It was just this vacuum.

Unable to Replace damaged item.

If all you care about is dropping a large amount of cash for being a member of the DYSON club?  Then this “baby” Dyson is for you!! It looks pretty hanging on the wall because you probably don't actually clean your own house.  You hire someone to do it for you.  BUT IF YOU have children and pets.  If you have dust and dirt.  If you LIVE in your home and need to clean it??? THIS IS NOT THE VACUUM TO BUY!  Trust me!! I am a career “stay at home mom with kids and 2 dogs.  Vacuuming is my religion!!  I do it twice a day.  I jumped on the DYSON BANDWAGON and quickly bailed!! I was so excited AT FIRST.  Then I realized first go around that using the max setting too often was a BAD IDEA!  The battery died after 7 MINUTES!! What?  Ok. Lesson learned.  Charge.   2nd attempt- this time NO MAX.  I begin.  24 minutes later,  BATTERY DEAD AGAIN!!!! This is NOT the vacuum for me!! I ACTUALLY CLEAN!!  I takes me 20 minutes JUST TO VACUUM the STAIRS!!  I don't have time for multiple charges!  I will be going back to my SHARK!!  SHARK BRAND seriously does just as well as DYSON at a better price!!  TO DYSON,  y'all need to go back to the drawing board on this one OR ADD a good old fashioned PLUG IN!!!  RIDICULOUS!!  P.S. I think the photo speaks to how well my SHARK ROCKET works!! This was all that this DYSON managed to suck out of my carpet.  I would give this negative stars if that was possible!

Dyson is the best??? NOT!

Despite marking it as "New" in your product page, I was delivered with what looks like a refurbished package, and the unit still has dust inside the dust bin! Extremely disappointed it's sold and shipped from the OEM.
