Terrible customer service, Terrible company. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. AND ITS PRODUCTS
I bought the machine April 2023. Last week (July 10th) the filter came apart!! (The filter is made from two pieces, electrostatically bonded). This is something that is supposed to NEVER happen to a filter. Obviously this is a manufacturing defect. Immediately, I sent a email to GEVI through their website explaining the issue and asking them to take action. As of today I have not heard anything from them. In the meantime I ordered a new filter and a portafilter (filer holder with a filter) through their website, for the total cost of $50.02. When my order arrived I found out that: a) it was the wrong portafilter and b) the second filter was missing. Immediately I called the telephone number found in their website and I spoke with a call center in China. I told them what is going on, they asked them to send pictures of the wrong item received, which I did, and that they will take care of the problem. As of now nothing happened.
