I love the combination of flavors this burrito puts together. I also love that it has good nutritional stats- 17g protein, 15% dv iron and less sodium than your typical frozen burrito. These are even better with some guac, hot sauce or salsa on the side!
The potatoes and seitan make for a satisfying and quick meal.
