The vibrations are definitely not localized and the whole thing shakes. When it comes to fit this ring is past being snug, it's too tight. You can see the skin is pressed in all around the ring. I don't have a huge member so this seems sized for the smaller crowd and if that's you than this may be a great toy for you. If you are average or large than this thing feels like a hazard.
