    Established in 2017, ZAMAT began with a normal memory foam pillow and some other essentials like travel pillows. However, I started to feel neck pain due to the heavy workload, it was so serious that I had to put off my pregnancy plan. I was sparked to find out more about pillow users’ needs in real life.

I waited to leave this review until I'd used the pillow for a long time. I've been using it for a year and a few months and I have to say it's worth the price!It took a little bit to get used to it, but I used to sleep on my stomach/side and it was a little too thick for that but still worked, now I sleep on my back/side and I don't have any neck issues caused by the pillow, which was a problem I had with every other pillow in the past.The outer cover is so easy to remove and wash. The inner cover is also pretty easy to remove and wash when it needs a deeper clean. I included a photo of the actual foam to show how well it's holding up. It's not misshapen at all and only has slight discoloring. I just clean it with a slightly damp cloth and tiny bit of a pillow-safe cleaner when needed.I began sleeping with the pillow as a whole but eventually took out the insert on the bottom and I like it much more now for back sleeping. I'd recommend trying both ways for a few nights to find out which you like most.This is definitely an affordable option for an ergonomic pillow, no fancy bells and whistles but I don't think you need anything fancy to have a good nights sleep.

I have a recurring pinched nerve in my neck. The pillow is very supportive for a side sleeper and my neck felt much better in the morning, but my neck will need additional follow up with a spine doctor to eliminate the pain including massage and neck exercises. The pillow is a big help and if you only have a stiff neck then I am sure this pillow would eliminate that condition.

This experience deserves zero stars. I purchased this pillow in February 2022. I tried the product for a few weeks and found it did not provide the neck support I required. The ZAMAT written "no hassle" guaranteed return policy, which came with the product on arrival, indicated a customer could try the product for 100 nights (and confusingly, also for 365 days), then return it if not satisfied for a full refund. I initiated the return, providing the Amazon order number and all relevant information. I then had an exhausting 3 month back-and-forth with ZAMAT customer service, wherein I provided the requested order number multiple times (as well as a screenshot of the actual Amazon order). Zamat eventually (in June) told me they "could not find the order in their system", which is ridiculous and even if true, certainly not the customer's problem, as I had already provided proof of purchase from Amazon (multiple times). Zamat then suggested I contact their storefront seller - the BOTLEY Store. However the Botley store indicated their return policy only lasted 30 days, so they would do nothing to assist me. As it stands, the manufacturer (ZAMAT) refuses to honor their written, guaranteed return/warranty policy, and the seller (the BOTLEY Store) is unable and unwilling to assist me find a resolution. This seems like a poor arrangement all around, for both companies. I would NOT recommend purchasing this product or any other product from this manufacturer, and I would also be weary of purchasing from the BOTLEY Store. In my case ZAMAT has demonstrated that they will not to honor their guaranteed return policy and are therefore misrepresenting their product and misleading potential customers. The BOTLEY store is just plain unhelpful and unwilling to provide anything resembling customer support.
