EDIT: I was having problems and emailed support and got a call back an hour later from a really nice guy from Ontario who kindly informed me about "travel mode". If your toy doesn't work for some reason try holding down the power button for 20 seconds. If it vibrates 3 times, congratulations on the easy fix!

I bought two of these over the years and both of them had broken within a month of receiving it. The first one the tip came out and you are not able to put it back in. And the most recent one I bought just stopped charging for no reason. After a couple uses. It's charging station lights up like it's doing a thing but the device itself just gets hot and never charges and will not turn on anymore. A huge waste of money and no support from the company.

Broke in less than 3 months
We really like this style but can never get the quality, we were hoping with the higher cost it would last but sadly no go.

Did you ever go through the toothbrush phase as a teenager? I sure did. I had one of those Oral B Pulsar toothbrushes which was specifically reserved for non-tooth purposes, if you know what I mean. Over a decade later, I bought the Zumio E after my partner lost my WeVibe Tango for the thousandth time and the silicone covering the magnetic charging points of my trusty JeJoue Mimi finally ripped through. As I unboxed it, there was something almost uncanny about the look of the Zumio, which gave way to nostalgia as soon as I turned it on.
Ex-toothbrush degenerates, they finally did it. They made a toy for us specifically. And boy, it's GOOD. Like, 5 minutes to heaven good. (That's really quick by my usual standards - I've seen others say it's a 30 second endeavour!)
I recommend reading HeyEpiphora's review and following her suggested alternative method of use, or this thing might jackhammer your bits to death. Still, as an ex-toothbrush kid, I figured it out myself before I read her review. If you're like me, you might also find this one intuitive. It also helps that it's very light and easy to hold and manoeuvre. Quiet, too!
I also live for the black colorway. It's the best color and it does the job; as a big horny goth, what more do I want? The only reason it's not absolutely perfect is that my toothbrush days are far behind me, and I have gotten used to non-pinpoint toys which spread their rumbles all through the relevant areas rather than focusing intently on one 4mm spot. While I enjoy this, I perder having a variety of sensations at my disposal. Between this, my Satisfyer, and my WeVibe Tango (wherever my beloved idiot has dropped it this time), I'm happy, but this isn't quite a replacement for the soft, broad tip of the Mimi. Looks like I may still need to replace that one, once my bank balance has recovered from this purchase. Still, this was a fun ride, and I'd absolutely recommend the Zumio E to anyone who enjoys pinpoint sensations.
