You can adjust the timer on it for “sleep mode.” Doesn’t matter what you set it to, it will shut off after about 30 seconds. When it does stay connected, there’s about a 3 minute delay lol. I’ve never been so disappointed with a $140 purchase. We-Vibe is supposed to be better than this. Very disappointing.

    I bought this toy in the hopes that my husband and I could play in public, or while we are at our respective jobs. (far apart from each other) We have been trying and trying to get his phone to connect to mine as a partner and it just will not work. The link that is sent works and accepts but it will always show the both of us as "offline". So if he wants to control my toy he would have to connect straight to the toy while near me. I am not sure that the toy was worth the money when the app is total garbage.

    On a side note: the ambient noise detector update is kinda cool! I do like the options of the controls. I am still learning to make my own vibe section.

    If I could give 5 stars for customer service, I would. But the product itself isn’t worth buying. The first one I bought turned off after just a couple minutes but thankfully the company replaced it. The second one doesn’t have the battery issue but it disconnects often from the app (and you have to remove the toy to sync it again which is difficult to do in public) but what is more frustrating is that you have to keep the app open at all times if you are playing with a partner. If you close or minimize the app or allow your phone screen to turn off, the control is taken back and your partner has to request control again. This is a huge privacy issue for me!!
