As far as moisture . . . I could go three days if I wear a scarf at night. As far as strong curls I could go two whole days without reapplying third day curls start to look just a little worn. This was during the cooler/cold months summer probably will be applying daily maybe with a little help from a Cruz control oil, (just a suggestion thinking ahead) to help fight the intense suns rays. Or it may do the job on its own, I’ll write another review after the weather in in about 1 1/2 - 2 months
