Directions

Lansinoh's natural texture is part of its effectiveness. It may be necessary to gently knead the tube prior to dispensing. Remove the safety seal on the cap to open. Soften a pea size amount between your fingers and apply to the entire nipple area after each feeding or as needed. Apply before showering to protect sensitive nipples. This is my third baby and I always use Lansinoh nipple cream when breast feeding. With my first I had no idea how badly it would hurt when your nips get chapped and your baby is still learning how to latch. The moment I started using this cream I felt instant relief and I always put some on after each feeding to prevent my nipples from cracking or drying out. Definitely my favorite brand for nipple cream and it’s totally safe for the baby. Also it has no taste to it (yes I taste tested it because I wanted to know if baby would be bothered by the taste).

I cannot recommend this enough for your dry lips! I am well past needing it for breastfeeding but my poor lips felt like they were turning into little strips of beef jerky and this product seemed to be at the top of everyone’s list to try! They were not wrong. It is odorless and tasteless, a little goes a long way so the tube will last forever, and most importantly it STAYS on the lips! I also am using some on my scar from my recent carpal tunnel surgery and it is keeping the skin supple and moisturized. My only complaint, and I am not even taking a star off, is the name. LOL. I really couldn’t see myself carrying the large tube around so I got some refillable gloss tubes but the amount of aggravation it caused filling them wasn’t worth it. Then I decided on a silly solution and I covered the entire product tube in cute patterned tape, therefore covering the name and making me more comfortable with carrying it around. If you were on the fence, believe me , jump on off and snatch this up! I don’t think you will regret it. 😁

Love this stuff. Thick and creamy, applied nicely. It’s just super pricey. My lactation consultant told me that I can use coconut oil instead and I have been doing that. It’s more cost effective. I can’t keep buying this for $10. I go through a tube a week pumping my breastmilk. That’s $40 monthly. I bough a large $10 jar of coconut oil that I can use in multiple ways. Even on baby’s bottom and cradle cap. Lanolin isn’t multi use so there’s a clear winner here.

I have extremely dry, chapped lips year round. I've tried EVERYTHING on the market for them, and everything only seems to moisturize temporarily but I still end up with chapped lips once it wears off. My postpartum nurse friend turned me on to this nipple cream to use as chapstick and let me tell you.... it's lifechanging! This stuff doesn't just moisturize, it HEALS. My lips have never been happier. Another great feature is that it isn't sticky or tacky and it lasts a loooong time. I will never stop using this stuff. I have thrown out every chapstick I own and solely use this. I'll be recommending this to everyone in my life that has chapped lips.
