I have long hair and two dogs that love to shed. We used to drown in hair. The shark does a really good job at picking up and maintaining the place dust and hair free. I empty it out once a day and it's a nice satisfying brick of gunk. I do have an issue with one of the brushes constantly falling off. I went on Amazon and purchased a set of 10 brushes and always just pop it on when I see it's missing. Later i find the missing brush and store it for the following time. I'm so satisfied with my purchase I went ahead and purchased two more as Christmas gifts.

Serves its purpose well

Very convenient. Not alot of extras.. Effective for the cost!! 
Great for tiny homes or big sun rooms. Had trouble connecting mine but customer service was awesome and it was set up in the app within 24hrs (:

I can’t say enough great things about this robot vacuum. I had a $400 robot vacuum and it was terrible. Threw dust all over my house instead of picking it up.  I returned it and end up getting this vacuum. I can’t believe the things that will pick up from sand to dog hair and even dog food. Emptying the canister is simple and you can even wash the filters.  Don’t look any further and just buy this… You won’t regret it. I’m about to buy another one for upstairs!

OMG… JUST BUY IT!

Love this shark robot! Works very easily with the app; it cleans the entire house. I had a hiccup when walmart.com tried to deliver it with OnTrac (it never arrived) but their c/s made good and I ordered it again and it arrived timely by a normal delivery service. It cleans everywhere, including UNDER THE BEDS! If your house is relatively clean, the Shark has adequate dust bin storage.  I would not suggest this model if you have a shedding pet.  I am one happy camper with this item. I schedule it for its times on the app.

Love my shark ion robot vacuum

We have 6 indoor cats, I feel I sweep and mop nonstop, everyday, 
A friend told me to get one, I couldn't afford them, so this one was in my price range, it's been a blessing. No words, we learned to have cords up, what area it got stuck at, etc. 
it was easy to get cords up, etc. so now it's not an issue, we learned to have it on when we are not real active in the house, you get use to it an we have almost tripped on it while turning around. 
It's unreal what it picks up. The picture shows what it picks up everyday, sometimes twice aday, I have bought one for a relative.

Best device with a houseful of cats

i ordered this via curbside pickup at my local store. (12-13-23)i got home, opened the box and discovered it was just loosely in the box. no cardboard, plastic covers etc. pulled it out and found it dusty.. turned it over and it had hair in the roller brush. pulled out the manual and it had someone's protection warranty and receipt along with “new oct. 2023” wrote in sharpie on the front. my store sold me a used %26 returned product. 

got my replacement after an inconvenient hassle. it does a good job- i have a husky/golden. mix   long hair cat on hardwood floors.

the vacuum itself is ok

Box was crushed looks like it was sat on. Not properly packaged one small sheet of bubble wrap. Robot bounced around in box because box was larger than product inside. Robot is yet to know if it works. I will have to see here in just one minute and I will let you know. whoever has this shipped should have better packaging. To protect the product which you pay for. Also need to add older robot vacuums.
