Great diffuser, but has a couple of issues.
For the most part, I love this diffuser! The size and the remote both had me sold. While I must be honest and say that I don't use the remote often, it is a very nice bonus. The size was very, very important to me because I like to run my bedside diffuser all night to help with headaches. This diffuser doesn't fail in that department! I also enjoy the light. I'd been looking for a diffuser with more light than our other ones, and this one was perfect for that. It puts out very well - on both low and high mist levels, I can see the mist and smell the oils from quite a distance.The issues: 1.) This diffuser can be quite loud. It is fairly close to my head, and I've often had to turn it off because of the noise. I'm actually on the second diffuser because the company replaced the first due to issues such as this; 2.) The printed words and buttons tend to rub off. Since this diffuser has touch buttons rather than the typical buttons, this is very important because one must know where to touch to operate it. Luckily, there's a handy dandy remote, but still, this shouldn't happen; 3.) This one is strictly a personal issue - it isn't very attractive. Since it has such a large water capacity, of course it is going to be big in size, but it simply looks big, clunky and out of place to me.At the end of the day, I enjoy this diffuser because of the features and its size. The issues aren't major enough for me to want to send it back and/or replace it. I definitely recommend this diffuser if you're looking for more capacity than most diffusers, enjoy the light (unlike a lot of diffusers, 100% of this diffuser lights up) and want the bonus feature of a remote.
