Fluffing will evenly redistribute the foam and layers inside our Cushions and restore its look and feel. This will also fix any flat/lumps/uneven surface. If the cushions do not go back to form, they might be defective.

All of our photography is done in natural light to ensure that the product and colors are represented as true as possible; however, please keep in mind that screen resolution and home lighting can affect the way colors appear. Due to the nature of velvet, when the nap of the fabric goes in one direction, it is significantly darker/more vibrant while the opposite angle gives a more light/muted color.

Please also note that the Olive Velvet from the Park and Albany Collections differs from the Olive Performance Velvet of the Kova, Lido, and Barton Collections. The fabric of the item you purchase should match the swatch you received, depending on the collection.

Q: I'm looking to add a square throw pillow to our new Albany Park Armchair. Do you recommend 16"x16" or 18x18"? Additionally, do you recommend 18"x18" or 20"x20" for the Park Sofa? The Park Collection is upholstered in a high-quality, performance fabric designed to be durable and resistant to everyday wear and tear. While the fabric is crafted to withstand daily use, it is not fully scratch-proof, and sharp claws, particularly from cats, may eventually cause damage over time, as with most upholstery fabrics. For homes with pets that may scratch, we recommend keeping a scratching post nearby to help deter pets from targeting furniture.

Q: Had this chair for less than a year (light brown vegan leather version), barely used it (1 or twice a month) and now the bottom cushion seems to be breaking down/flaking/disintegrating in a section. Not happy with my purchase, any assistance?
