For individual use, we recommend choosing a weighted blanket that’s roughly 10% of your body
weight (e.g. 150lb body weight = 15lb Napper).
If you're between weights, we recommend you go with the lower weight category (e.g. 170lb body
weight is best suited to a 15lb Napper).
If I have a queen/king bed, what blanket should I choose?
If you plan to use your weighted blanket alone on a queen/king bed, we recommend choosing an
individual-size Napper that weighs roughly 10% of your body weight.
If you plan to share your weighted blanket with a partner or you prefer a blanket that covers your
entire mattress, we recommend opting for our
queen/king size Hugger.

What is eco-velvet fabric?
Our exceptionally cozy, luxuriously soft eco-velvet is made of ocean bound plastic, which is spun and brushed into our super-soft signature fabric. Each Velvet Napper keeps 900 plastic bottles from polluting our oceans. It’s a feel-good fabric in every possible way!
What is the difference between the Cotton and Velvet Napper?
Our Cotton Napper feels like your favorite t-shirt. It’s soft, breathable, and perfect for sleeping under night after night. Our Velvet Napper (which is actually made from plastic bottles!) is better suited to cozy couch cuddles, and has a shimmery finish which makes it ideal couch candy, too!
How do weighted blankets work?
Science has shown that sleeping under a weighted blanket improves sleep quality, lowers stress, and eases anxiety, which means you wake up to a brighter day!
The weight helps to ‘ground’ you, helping you to feel safe and secure. It feels like your blanket is giving you a big cozy hug!
