The most perfect pot, it's adorable, and brings so much joy!
Le Creuset is always amazing, that's already a given. But this guy is utter perfection. At 2 quarts, it makes just enough for a pair, or for an appetizer for the family. It holds in heat super well, and conducts heat superbly both on the stovetop and in the oven. Its size means it's not intrusive in the fridge, and it is actually super easy to store! The heart shape made me a little nervous at first, but it doesn't create any hotspots at all. The gradient on the side is lovely, and the enamel inside stayed bright and flawless even after sitting on high temperatures for over an hour! As with all Le Creuset products, it comes with a lifetime warranty. Get one of these, it's a lovely addition to any kitchen!
