This humidifier is very user-friendly and easy to use. It has so many simple features that make it great for any house. It has a timer, night light, and a essential oils tray. There are multiple settings on the strength of the mist and my favorite part of using it is when I use it with the essential oil. According to the instructions it is asking for you to use distilled water only so take note of that. It has a 3.5 liter capacity and also a window to help you monitor water levels.

Works well

The Lasko top fill ultrasonic cool mist humidifier works amazingly well. Love that you can choose low, medium, or high on how strong it pushes out. The timer aspect is fabulous. I was thrilled when I saw the ability to add essential oils to the small tray with essential oil pad on the bottom of the humidifier. 
I added Lavender essential oil and it filled the area with the lavender scent as it was working. You do have to purchase essential oils separately. Comes with several pads for essential oil tray. Has a nightlight feature that is very pleasing. I would definitely recommend to others. Very easy to work.

Love it!

Really excited to have this in the house especially with a new baby on the way. Anyone who runs heat in the winter could use a cool mist humidifier to keep the air from drying out. This humidifier comes with a 360 degrees directional mist nozzle which is super easy to turn. This is so nice .. I don't have to turn the whole unit . I just move the the nozzle! It has electronics touch controls on the side that feel SO smooth and advanced compared to any humidifier I've ever owned. It has a night light (blue), 3 mist settings, and a 1-7 hour auto off timer. The sound it much lighter and calmer than older humidifiers, not nearly as loud. It also has an aromatherapy scent tray on the side where you can add essential oils (not included) I have not tried this yet but definitely look forward to this feature! The directions say to only use distilled water. I'm sure this will prolong the life of your humidifier. It also comes with “patented safety fuse technology” “The Blue plug” I'm not positive what this is but it sounds safer and I plan to look it up! I love that it's more compact than any humidifier I've ever own and the shape abd color is visually pleasing to the eye. This seems like a very nice top of the line humidifier. I hope it works for a long time! The directions and part explanation could be a little better but it's a pretty simple machine to understand.

Wow! Super nice cool mist humidifier!

This Top Fill Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier from Lasko comes already assembled. It is very quiet which I like a lot. Sometimes you just need some soothing humidity in your room for medical reasons like relief of some dry air problems, like dry skin, throat or sinuses. Further, the correct humidity levels can improve sleep, and also reduce static electricity. I googled it, and found that indoor humidity is ideal when between 30 per cent and 50 per cent. Things that can cause dry air are your local environment (desert, cold etc.), air conditioning, and your furnace or other heaters. This humidifier does come fully assembled. It has a removable top loading tank. That does make it very easy to fill, empty and clean. The tank holds 3.5 liters of water (0.924602 gallon) and will run up to 18 hours on the low setting. It also has an aromatherapy scent tray that you can put essential oils in since you can not add those to the water tank. The controls are really easy to use. There are 3 mist settings to choose from and there is an adjustable 360-degree mist nozzle. It has a timer that automatically turns the humidifier off and those choices are from one to seven hours. It will also automatically shut off when the tank is empty for your safety.

Great humidifier

I have used the Lasko brand many times. This is my first Humidifier from them. The design is very nice and the unit is big but not giant. The display is super easy to use and understand. I am loving the scent tray, I have added a favorite essential oil and the room smells amazing with added healthy moisture.

Great Design

This is a nice little unit . It holds a nice amount of water and puts out a good amount of moisture in the air . I used the low setting and felt for the length of time to moisture was excellent.I have a much bigger unit and I prefer this little compact version . If your looking for a compact version , holds a good amount of water and puts out a lot of moisture. I recommend grabbing one .

Compact and fantastic!

I have several Cool-Mist Humidifiers throughout my house because I live in a very dry climate and I get nosebleeds if there isn't enough moisture in the air. I especially like the Lasko Top Fill Ultrasonice Humidifier because it's super quiet; you can barely hear it running, which is especially nice at night. I put the Lasko next to my 3-1/2 year old Lime tree because my tree needs constant watering so adding extra moisture in the air I think will help my plant from drying out. 

The only drawback to this Lasko unit is that you need to use Distilled Water, not tap water which contains hard minerals that will probably clog up the unit; but the great thing is that it takes exactly a gallon jug so you don't over fill. The Lasko is a great little Humidifier. I like these other features as well:

- Long timer, up to 18-24 hours
- The mist can be directed by rotating the two openings 
- The top fill is nice so that you don't have to remove a heavy tank in order to fill 
- The soft night light is a great touch, although I wouldn't have minded if it had more color options, like green

Overall, a great unit!

Whisper Quiet | Two-Way Mist | Long Timer

I absolutely love this cool mist humidifier! It's so easy to fill, just lift it up and fill it with water then put it back in and turn on, it lasts on all night long… I love how it has a tray to add essential oils without dropping it into the whole water area. This is a wonderful cool mist humidifier and really works great.

Great Humidifier

This lasko ultrasonic cool mist humidifier works very well. There is a spot to put your own essential oils so you can have aromatherapy if that's what you enjoy. The only downfall that I see is that it only stays on for 7 hours max. So when the dry winter months you may need it to be on a little longer.

Great for everyday use

Appearance: the design of this humidifier is thoroughly modern. It looks like something made by Silicon Valley, very clean and modern. It blends beautifully into our home: unobtrusive yet attractive in the the room.

Setup: it's very quick and easy to set up: remove some packing tape (it's the good kind that doesn't leave residue) from outside and inside, fill with distilled water, and switch it on.

Operation: The mist volume defaults to the High setting, and the mist starts coming out almost immediately. The only reason for giving this unit four stars out of five is that there's a slight gurgling or bubbling sound when the unit is on High or Medium. Turning it on Low reduces the sound to an occasional burble. The unit also makes a quiet whirring sound that is not bothersome; I could see it being almost a sleep aid in a bedroom at night. The light around the perimeter is attractive and can be switched on and off. It doesn't throw out a ton of light in it a well-lit room, but makes an effective nightlight once eyesight has adjusted to darkness.

Performance: this cool mist humidifier works! We have family members who suffer from dry nose and throat, which is exacerbated in winter with dry furnace air. Having a higher humidity level in the room greatly enhances comfort, and also saves energy by making the room feel warmer due to the presence of moisture in the air to retain heat from the furnace.

Recommendation: I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for an attractive, functional cool mist humidifier.
