Our mattress toppers will need to be spot cleaned using a damp cloth with a wool detergent.
Please do not machine wash or dry clean this mattress topper as you may damage the product.
For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville, TN or Salt Lake City, UT on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx or UPS. This is a free service for all orders over $100 that will take 2-3 working days to reach you.
Mattress orders will be delivered to you in 7-10 days with FedEX. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.
Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.

"Game Changer!"
I have struggled with finding a product that could relieve the heat that is generated by my body, but also my bedding. I always was focused on what was on top of me (down, down alternative) but I could not find relief until NOW! The mattress topper has solved my problems. It fills the heat away from my body and the bed, so that I am not sleeping on a hot bed. It’s genius! The comfort factor is equally amazing as well. A huge win for me as the quality of my sleep has suffered for so long and has impacted my day to day life I can’t describe how good I feel and how grateful I am to have found The Wool Room! I literally sleep like a baby.

"Perfect Mattress Topper"
Bought this after my physio suggested I get a mattress topper to help me sleep as I have sore hips. After much research I bought this wool one especially because of its temperature regulating qualities. Used it for a week now and am pleased with the comfort and am not overheating or cold in bed. Also my sleep is improving.

"Comfy And Cruelty/Chemical Free!"
I’m really pleased with my WoolRoom mattress topper, it adds an extra soft layer and is very comfortable. I’ve ordered a few products from here recently as have wanted to limit my (and my family’s) exposure to fire retardant chemicals. I think it is wonderful that wool is being used, it’s much more environmentally friendly than alternatives and much better for us at the same time! Arrived really quickly, great packaging, no plastic in sight!
I have slept and felt much better since switching to natural wool products Thank you!

"Investment Is Worth It"
I've been searching for the ultimate sleep experience , I want soft and supportive .After spending on a hybrid mattress elsewhere it still wasn't soft enough ,then there's the heat . Purchased the fabulous top of the range mattress topper. I am an insomniac and often have to stand outside barefoot regardless of weather. Well, this little beauty regulated my temperature so well,once I went to sleep I stayed that way. Never woke up sweating , so comfortable I almost missed my dentist appointment. Soft , so very comfortable and brilliant for all those hotties out there , women of a certain age will understand. You get what you pay for , it was a big investment for me but so worth it ! Great quality . If anyone needs me ,I will be in my bed . Thanks product is awesome
