I bought this to hold my eyeglasses and love the rectangular shape of these highly polished acrylic “beads”. I’ve received several compliments on them. I bought some for my mother and friend, too. I’ve had it less than a month and the small rubber eyeglass part that you can tighten up to hold your glasses has already snapped. I believe I can get a package of these little holders at an eyeglass store or the drug store, so hopefully I can just replace them when they break. Other than that, this is a really great and eye catching piece.

Pretty but not secure

I needed to update my old "cord" eyeglass holder. I decided I wanted something pretty for a change. This holder is that- pretty and lightweight. I've received compliments on it's looks. Unfortunately, I don't trust it to hold my glasses. The rubber loop stretches and falls off the legs of the glasses no matter how tight I slide the clasp.
Glasses have dropped off the necklace several times. My glasses have a lightweight plastic frame so weight should not be an issue. The cord holder with the same clasp and loop design never loosened or dropped my glasses. Wish I had stuck with the tried and true.
