This would be an imitation. The ones that are sold by and shipped by Walmart are about $50 more because they are the real thing. This is a third party source selling through Walmart.

The Best

It has some flaws such as size, noise level, and suggested restrictions on how long it can be used on one body part, as well as cumulatively at one time, but it delivers on its intended purpose.  I would by it again and recommend to a friend.

As advertised.

After two tries, wife didn't like at ALL. Was very disappointed after all of the positive reviews, but it just didn't do the trick. Wish I had saved my money.

Wouldn't buy again

I ordered the rechargeable one like it says but received the cheaper corded one.  Now waiting to hear back about how to return it. Very Disappointed.

False advertising, product pictures and description are not the same as what you'll receive.  Item sold as rechargeable, meaning it becomes cordless after it's charged.  but you will receive a hard wired product, not rechargeable and the not the same as the online pictures.  Seller then says they will give discount if you keep the wrong item? Total scam.

False advertising

This is not the 10v massager that i thought i was buying. It is lighter and only 5v so there for not as powerful as the one i had used before.

Deceptive advertising and no warnings of a "no return" policy if unopened.

horrible customer service; absurd product

Do not buy the wand from here. The one I received broke after less than 3 months and when I tried to send it back to the manufacturer, they could not replace it because it was a counterfeit. It says it is made in China when the Magic Wand is made in Japan, and the sticker on the bottom says 5v where is should be 10v. The problem with that other than it is lower quality, is there's no way to find out what materials it is made out of or who made it. They are coming from a third party (Honestly I forget who, but it is not Wal-Mart.). Customer service contacted them to contact me and I've heard nothing.  If you want a real magic wand, go to magicwandoriginal, and take a look at their "Where to Buy" list.

I was sent a counterfeit.

wasn't on time went to diffrent state and back 2 times ohh wonder why there is a delay going to a diffrent state and then back defiantly a mistake but not mine

Them dropping the ball again

COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE FROM WALMART.
We did not receive this order, it was damaged and not in the box. Immediately called Walmart and was told we could get a refund after 48 hours.
Called back and was told we would get a refund but it had to be transferred. Was transferred to a man named AJ who said actually he would not refund us. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, AJ stated he would try to connect me. Not realizing that the line was still on and not on hold, AJ said "you're a dummy, you're a real dummy" on the phone TO A CUSTOMER. 
Walmart I will NEVER be buying anything from you ever again. You should also fire any employee who bashes a customer on the line to their face.
