If you're looking for a light massage, this one is not for you. This chair means business and I LOVE IT!

Small and efficient massage chair

I bought this chair for my wife. She loves it but she's very annoyed that she never gets to use it because I'm always sitting in it.

Keep stealing it from my wife

I work from home at an adjustable desk all day long.  Every desk chair that I have owned caused hip pain, due to arthritis.  I decided to try this chair as a desk chair 10 mos. ago and I have not had hip or back pain since.  The massage features are relaxing especially appreciate the lower back massage. I do wish very much that there was an option to add wheels to the feet.  As far as maintenance, my chair gets squeaky every couple of mos. I oil it with WD40 to take care of the squeak.  That is all I need to do to maintain it.  If you are thinking about buying this chair to use everyday or for an office chair, but the price is a little off-putting, buy it.  You'll be glad you did, 5 chairs from now.

Worth Every Penny

Gorgeous chair (elder white), very pleasant to look at with combo of fabric & leather. Very powerful massage action—I love how the height of the back/neck rollers can be adjusted ( me 5'3”-my spouse 6')) . Arrived quickly, very well packaged & assembles in 5 mins. Only con the hip/thigh airbags are a bit too strong—squeeze in hard (but you can leave that function off).  Thank you Nouhaus!

Well built chair which definitely performs a deep massage.  I would rate at 4.5 stars subtracting as it is a bit too hard to sit comfortably in for more than an hour, limiting its usefulness in our family room.
