HOW TO GROUP

Before showering, use the Body Brush on dry skin. Start on the left side of the body, and dry brush in either firm upward strokes or circular motions, starting at the feet and moving up the body. Always brush towards the heart; once at the neck and chest, brush downwards and inwards.

After showering, apply the Body Contour Serum, focusing on areas that need extra tightening, resurfacing, or hydration. A warming or tingling sensation may occur as the ingredients start to work their magic.

After the Contour Serum, apply the Body Oil to the hands or directly onto the skin, and smooth in until well absorbed. Use it all over the body from the neck down.

To maximize moisture and skin treatments, apply after the Body Oil and Contour Serum. Use The Body Butter twice daily, all over your body from the neck down.
