Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
I bought this supersoaker to run squirrels away from my bird feeders. I does shoot the stream pretty far. I cannot comment on the durability because I had it very long. So far I am pleased with this purchase.
We’ll I read several negative reviews before making this purchase and I should have listened. BUYER BEWARE!!
This product is an absolute total piece of junk. Pathetic. I wish I could give this a minus 5 star rating.
It says Super Soaker on the side but that’s where the comparisons with the 90s models stop. It doesn’t squirt, it leaks like a sieve, occasionally shoots a puff of mist after vigorous pumping.
It’s sad that a generation of kids will grow up without enjoying the true Super Soaker experience that us 90s kids brought to our water fights. This is an embarrassment to the Super Soaker name.
Hasbro please save face and pull this pooh pooh from your shelves. Reconcile with Lonnie Johnson, pay the man, and bring back the real deal.
The current trend is pump shooters and this might be why. I had something like this many years ago and wanted to use it to clean off the balcony of my apartment. I filled it up, pumped it up and got a little stream. I pumped it again and it started to leak. Seems the air pressure pushed the seams of the plastic apart. Instead of a stream of water that shoots a long way I now get a short spray. And it leaks. So I emptied it, let it dry out and tried again. Same result. Lasted about 5 minutes. Sad because these used to be the better ones. Going to have to get a pump one now.
I was excited when I saw it but it is nothing like the old one. It unscrews on the top to fill not the tank come out. It’s cheaply made and doesn’t even really spray. Don’t waste your time or money I know it looks cool like the old one but it’s NOT:(
I loved this water gun, but after the 30-day return policy was up, the green plastic tank on top sprung a leak through a tiny crack in the already existing crease, making it no longer functional. But it worked well while it lasted. If only that malfunction showed itself during the return time... I've been caring for a family member hence the delayed review.
This contraption wouldn't squirt from the very beginning. It just blew a lot of air after I filled it with water. So, I sent it back to where it came from! Sad!
Judging by one review this was suitable for removing pigeons from our roof. It was not powerful enough and the reservoir split the third time of using. Note other reviews say the same thing.
