Loóna is the first app that lets you take care of your mind and body wellness with the help of interactive coloring sessions, breathing exercises, relax melodies, positive affirmations, meditation, relaxing sleep games, sleep music and bedtime stories, all accompanied by soothing relax melodies including nature sounds, white noise, pink noise and brown noise to get you in the right mood to fall asleep soundly to relaxing music and beat anxiety and insomnia.


SO, IT'S ANOTHER APP TO HELP YOU FALL ASLEEP FAST, RIGHT?
Not exactly. Loóna isn’t a list of direct "go-to-sleep" techniques that beats insomnia, but rather a soothing pod, a sleep aid or mood-altering app. Stay calm and relieve anxiety during the day by listening to ocean waves, wind sounds, and other relax melodies and prepare yourself to fall asleep easily in the evening with the help of sleepscape, bedtime stories, sleep music and coloring, soothing sounds and calming sleep games.

WHY IS BEDTIME MOOD IMPORTANT?
Negative emotions we accumulate during the day are processed and consolidated by our brain during sleep making them more difficult to disassociate from when faced again in the future making it hard to fall asleep. I'm not sure why you'd ask for a review the day after I sign up, but here we are. It seems like it could work. I wish there were more options on the ambient sounds section. It's mostly just noises... which might work for some people, but I ended up just switching over to binaural beats for sleep on YouTube. The only suggestion I have so far is to add more ambient sounds like that, less actual noises, and just sound.

Updating my review to reiterate: the sleep quiz is useless, please stop bloating the app. Work on features that are actually useful: more stories, there hasn't been a new story in months and months, we could use the ability to create playlists for stories/music/ambience. An actual tracker for sleep would be better than the quiz. Please give the option for a narrated alarm back. I've been a subscriber for years and this app is a lifesaver but I hate to see the quality of content disappear.

I love the content on this app and have been using it daily for well over a year. I started with a higher rating but am lowering it now due to the constant crashing while playing the music. Loona started caring too much about the app extras like mood tracking and the weekly reports that don't actually give you any insight. You tried do ai drawings as well. Please focus on the main point of this app. The things to help with sleep.... like whatever bug in the software that crashes during music.
