Our pieces use full grain leather which is the highest rating for leather quality. Because full grain leather has the full, complete grain of the hide, it is the most durable leather and is solely used by luxury brands. This feature makes our collar very flexible and comfortable for your fur baby. Our leather is treated with organic beeswax which makes it suitable for outdoor activities such as hiking and the beach. Please note that our leather is purposely un-dyed and very pliable to provide your little pup with the highest comfort. Each bead is made of unbreakable glass and stitched one by one following the ancient Brazilian tradition of “tear beading” to make the stitching indestructible. This stitching method allows for resistance to scratching so you can be assured that the beads will not fall off. The buckles are made of non-rusting stainless steel, so mud and water playdates are allowed. This association of high-end materials combined with artisanal expertise in the manufacturing process make our collars very long lasting and unique. Measuring:

Each collar has 3 holes and collar can be adjusted up two inches below its listed length as follow:
Listed as 10 inches, length can be adjusted from 8” to 10”
Listed as 12 inches, length can be adjusted from 10” to 12”
Listed as 14 inches, length can be adjusted from 12” to 14” etc

The width changes according to the length! Biggest width will be 1 ½ inch for the biggest size and ½ inch for the smallest size.

We offer free exchanges if collar doesn’t fit properly so do not worry. Customer pays for shipping when sending the collar back to us. We will not charge shipping again when we send the new size to you. Please measure your dog for an accurate fit. You have 30 days to return the product for any reasons. Our collars come with a full 1-year warranty.

Our products are handmade to order. The order is sent to our workshop in Brazil where the product is handcrafted individually for your fur baby. We strive to have our products delivered to your doorstep 7 to 10 business days from the day the order is placed. Please note that this is an artisanal product and depending on the model and size chosen, production time can vary but we will notify you immediately if that is the case.

Yes, absolutely. You have 30 days from the moment your order has been delivered to return or exchange the product. The product must be in like new condition. You can exchange for another size or just return it and get a full refund*. If you want a bigger size, you will be asked to paypal us the price difference. If you get a smaller size, we will refund you the price difference.

*A $5 fee is now deducted from refunds only for first time customers returning all items from their first order for a refund with no exchanges.
No restocking fee for exchanges, if you already placed your replacement order or if you’ve kept some of the items from your order . The fee is also waived for repeat customers.

Our leather products are treated with organic beeswax and are made for outdoors activities and the beach. For the apple watch bands, we recommend to take off the apple watch when you shower. Although high quality leather, it is not plastic and requires a little bit of care! Do not worry for the dog collars. They are made to resist the wildest dogs!

Our products are handmade in Brazil in our family's workshop and imported to the USA. The beading is made by artisan women. We pick up the beaded patterns and stitch them in our leather workshop. With your purchase you allow artisan women to get financial independence, work safely from home and support their family. Our margins are extremely thin! We almost sell at cost. We use expensive materials, give our artisans a high wage and import the collars by air. Therefore you get the best value for your dollars!
