Directions

1. Wash feet and thoroughly dry 2. To open, firmly grip both sides of the bootie below the seam and tug apart. 3. Slip one foot into each bootie, remove backing film from tab & securely close at the ankle for a snug fit. 4. Remove booties after 60-90 minutes & discard. 5. Gently massage remaining treatment into feet. Remove excess product with a towel. It is normal to feel a cooling/tingling sensation during and immediately after use. The rough layers of skin will begin to peel within 2-7 days after treatment. Do not use a callus remover or pick at the dead, dry skin. After 3-4 days and no peeling, I was convinced this did not work. It took a full week, but then the peeling started and I was very impressed with the results. My feet have not been this soft in years, but I still have a ways to go, so am waiting a few weeks before a second round.

Pro tip: wear socks at night during the peeling, resist the urge to peel, definitely clean and soak your feet before putting the booties on to make sure your skin is prepped.

OK, here's the deal. I'm very hard on my feet; I hate wearing shoes and am barefoot/in socks whenever possible. It took about 3 sessions to start getting the 'peel factor' going, when it started being effective (sloughing the skin off). For normal people, one treatment would probably work.
**HOWEVER** - the instructions say not to pick at your feet or peel them. Well, GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. I found it IMPOSSIBLE to not mess with my feet. Picking, peeling, dead skin everywhere. So, consequently, I have some very sore spots where I peeled LARGE patches of skin off, and it probably peeled a little too deep. While the newly exposed skin is like baby skin, it's very easy to go too deep, getting an edge lifted and pulling pieces of dead skin off. I haven't had a pedi in over a year due to finances, and walking barefoot has built up some major calluses. Anyway, I digress. My advice is, once the product starts doing it's job, wear socks or slippers to stop yourself from messing with your feet. This probably sounds gross, and I'm not a disgusting weirdo; I just couldn't help myself. OCD kicked in with a vengeance! 😱

Here's another interesting fact - I guess you call this either a PRO or a CON - I had gel polish on my toenails and this stuff works better than acetone, it wiped my polish right off. Every single time. So, prepare for that. If you think you can do a treatment and then put your pretty feetsies in some sandals or whatever, prepare to repaint those little piggies.

I'm not a gross person, and my feet are long, skinny and boney and I get a little obsessed with this product. Maybe I should just give this stuff up and get a pedicure LOL. Nah, this stuff works, maybe too well! If you're a normal kid off the street, one treatment should be enough for you, unlike me, who could walk on hot coals and not feel a dang thing. Happy feeting!

I was kind of freaked out about this when I first got it because a few days after I used it my skin literally was peeling off of my feet. It gave a little burning sensation on my toes when I used it but I also have nerve issues so it wasn't unexpected. After I took the socks off, and washed my feet, there were no issues at all. I will use this again on my ugly man feet. I just won't pick at my toes before I use it.
