I never take the time to review online shopping because there are always so many reviews either praising or hating the same item...but I had to take the time to review this blow dryer! I am in my 40s and my hair is medium length and fine texture. It is always been frizzy and curly, worsening with age. This blow drying makes my hair smooth, and without having to style for hours I can go out casually or grocery shop etc. It really works for me, when so many other products have not delivered. I hope this helps you fine haired beauties out there!

Absolutely the best hair dryer I've ever owned. I love everything about it! I have waist length fine hair and it dried my hair in less than ten minutes. Very very happy with my purchase!

Worth every penny

Best purchase ever, I did some research before buying a new hair dryer, read reviews and finally decided.  This hairdryer with its many settings allows you to control how you dry your hair.  It leaves my hair feeling very healthy, less frizzy and shiny.

I disliked the color and the long cord is absurd and ridiculously long. But it was a great hairdryer until it wasn't!! I o my blow dry my hair 2x a week. It started burning up after 4 months. Really angry.

Worked great until it burned up

Not worth the price.  Not a lot of output.

This blow dryer was great until it started turning off for a couple seconds at a time.  Then I heard a pop saw a flash of sparks and it died.  Thankfully, it did not start my house on fire.  I would steer clear of this dryer.  It didn't even make it from January through He end of September.

Tl;dr:  Just very disappointed especially because I wanted to like it--I trust Drew to come up with quality products. I would recommend it since I know not everyone has sensory issues but the fact that it puts out such hot air I can't in good faith recommend it and have someone burn their skin or hair.  **EDIT:  Flower Hair Tools website refused to publish my review because it was a bad rating even though I have valid points.  I will adjust my rating here to 1 star and highly do not recommend, the reduction is due to the fact they only publish high rating reviews.

PROS: lightweight, long cord, dries really fast (down from 30 minutes to 10 minutes), diffuser does not fall off 

CONS: way too loud (have to wear earplugs), low heat setting is super hot and burns my hair/scalp after a few minutes of use, have to purchase diffuser separately, cool shot has to be held down to use, awkward button placement, diffuser leaks air out the sides where it attaches to the hairdryer 

First, I was told by support that this was on the quiet side but that is a huge lie. Personal preference is one thing, but when you have the decibal rating those don't lie whether you personally think it's loud or not. I thought I'd give it a try because I read reviews that said it was quieter than typical hairdryers. I have had to stop mid drying session to deal with anxiety attacks. I wish decibal ratings were posted for this exact reason so I can compare it with other hairdryers.

My initial hairdryer was exchanged for a new one because it ran hot and made a high pitch noise when in use with all the settings on low. When I made the exchange I had to pay for shipping which was $18 even though I was given a faulty product so the money I saved when getting the dryer/diffuser on sale is now gone.  I don't feel like the customer should pay for shipping to exchange faulty products.  If I had known I'd have to pay for the shipping I would have just returned it to where I bought it myself (Walmart).  The exchange through Flower had already started so I had to see it through.

Then after a month of waiting with no updates I got my replacement an di had high hopes again. While it no longer makes the high pitched nosie, my head feels like it is on fire when I use it and it is louder than I remember.  If it weren't for the shipping I had to pay for the exchange I would return it and get something else.

Overall, the reasons I bought it for were not delivered on except for it being lightweight. The cons outweigh the pros.
