Loud! But lasts forever
I’ve had this air fryer about 4 years and it’s still going strong. I came back to read through the reviews in hope of a solution for the loud beeping. There seems to be none. Google wasn’t helpful either. Anyway, I decided to review it because I realized I bought it in 2020 during covid and it’s 2024 currently. The sucker is still going strong! If I didn’t have children, the noise wouldn’t bother me. It’s the inconvenience of wanting an air fried type snack during their naptime and unable to do so without risking them to wake up. This thing doesn’t just beep when it’s done, it beeps when you close it, when you set the temperature (beep for each degree it moves), when you set the timer (beep for each minute moved. For example, it defaults to 15 min. Say you only want to cook something for 7 min, it will beep each minute down that you have to press the button to get to 7 minutes.) So it’s naptime. I want some fries that need to cook for 7 min. There will be 1 beep when I close the basket and 8 beeps to get it timed. Then, when it’s done it will beep 4 or 5 times extra loud!! BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP!!! Until you open it. If you can catch it before it finishes then you will save yourself. I wouldn’t buy this again but it is a nice air fryer. I was actually surprised that it’s still the same price I got it for. It should be about $30. There are better options out there these days however I don’t know if those other ones last as long

Ok so I had been seeing a lot of air fryer recipes online that I wanted to try, so I decided to take the leap and get myself an air fryer. I looked all over Amazon and read review after review, and finally decided on this one. It's a great price for the size that you get. I'm single and the size is perfect for me to do several different items at once, or even to have some leftovers. So far I've cooked steak bites, wings, corn dogs, chicken nuggets and waffle fries and also frozen mozzarella sticks. I can't believe how quickly this thing cooks my food, and also how crispy it gets it! I use a little bit of cooking spray, pop it in and presto! Dinner! I've actually become quite addicted to it. What I love is I can have Dinner in 10 minutes, which is important because I work 12 hour shifts and do not feel like cooking when I get home. It's also super convenient to use this if cooking for one person. Meal planning is a cinch with this. Portion out your meat and freeze it in ziploc bags, then take it out to unthaw overnight and it's ready to pop in for dinner the next night. I LOVE everything about this air fryer!

This is my second air fryer and it works great. Digital display is simple to operate and accurate. It’s size is ideal for cooking for two so if your cooking for more you may want to look at larger units. Very easy to clean especially if you add parchment paper before cooking. The 8” round liners found here on Amazon work perfect. Just toss away after using and even easier clean up. First recipe I tried is one of my favorites. Easiest breakfast ever. Put 2 slices of bread in the fryer (the thicker the better), form a circle with a piece of bacon on top of the bread and break an egg into this circle. Set temp. To 350* and the timer for 10 minutes. See the picture……I like to add just a little maple syrup for one great tasting easy breakfast. You will not go wrong with this fryer. You can spend a lot more for one but I doubt you’ll find a better one at this price.

This is my first air fryer. I don't fry many of my dishes, one that I love is sweet plantains. I always buy the frozen ones because I didn't know how to make them turn out right and didn't want the hassle of frying them. I tried them in this air fryer and they came out great. I watched a few videos to get the temp and timing. They came out better than the frozen ones. I will try more recipes in my new air fryer. Its a nice size and cooks effortlessly. The buttons are simple to use for the temp and the time. They suggest always preheating the unit before cooking any meals.
