I bought these glasses to help me with screen time since my job requires me to stare at a screen for 8 hours a day. These help tremendously! You can instantly feel a difference, and I can easily look at the screen for a few hours without taking my eye off of it.

I also use these at home when watching tv or scrolling through my phone. Its essentially like the phone setting that turns it to night mode and prevents the blue light from entering your eyes. You can tell a difference at night and can stay on your phone longer for sure.

Got these for my boyfriend he is on screens 12hrs as a dispatcher. His eyes would be so red when he came home. I have noticed a difference in them not being so red and he says that they do feel better. Very high quality

These blue light glasses are pretty cool. Comfy, inexpensive, and work well.

They include a blue light pen as well as a card that retains blue light (from the pen being shone at it) so you can personally verify that the glasses do reduce the amount of blue light that reaches your eyes.

It's pretty cool. It's a fast and easy way to confirm the blue light glasses actually work. I've bought other inexpensive blue light glasses that turned out to fake so it's nice having tangible proof that these are real.

The included case is nice too.

Can't go wrong with these.
