*Sorry about the dull lighting of the pics.* I ordered the orange luggage set on July 4th for an upcoming trip to Puerto Rico. I kept going back and forth between softside and hardside luggage and finally settled on this one. I wanted something that would be real easy to spot in baggage claim so I made sure to pick the orange ones. I was truly excited about the purchase and even started calling it Wall-E (don’t ask me why) when I unboxed them. For my trip I took the big suitcase as a checked bag and the small one as a carry-on. At first, they were both easy to maneuver when I got to the airport except that I noticed the handle on the carry-on was a bit loose and not as strong as the big bag. Oh, well, it’s fine. Then we finally arrive in Puerto Rico and get to baggage claim. Yes, the orange bag was easy to spot. BUT to my horror, so were all the black scuff and dirt marks all over my brand new bag. Don’t get me wrong, I knew it wasn’t going to be pristine forever but come on......the FIRST flight?!?! Also, one of the corners was a little pushed in; but that was an easy fix. I had paid $184 and got the 3 year protection plan for this set so the fact that it got dirty so quickly was truly disappointing. Now I realize that I should have just picked the black one and added something to differentiate it from the rest of the bags. Here I was trying to be proactive by buying the bright orange bags and it just ended up biting me in the butt. On the return flight, I decided to check both bags so now they both have black scuff and dirt marks all over them. Once home I tried cleaning the outside a little bit but didn’t have much luck. I also happened to notice that one of the wheels on the big suitcase was missing a chunk. Like come on, man. They’re brand new!!! Would I buy them again? Yeah, maybe. But I would definitely NOT pick a color other than black.

    I bought this set as an afterthought and was a bit in a hurry to have a new set for a trip. I spent a couple of days, at 3-4 hours each, browsing for luggage. Can’t tell you how much fun that was🙄. I decided on my set of burgundy, trio 28”24”20”. The fact is; this luggage is not just good, but very good. Certain things are important as in the wheels and casters, zippers, compartments and outer shell material.
    The wheels are quality metal with polyurethane treads. (Very quiet for hotel hallways or concrete and wooden floors). Each piece spins nicely and doesn’t drag.
    The zippers are strong and metal. They glide nicely and don’t usually hang up when shutting or opening. The outer material is very tough and should never tear or give me any problems. The burgundy color with black trim looks very cool and I even received a compliment. The inside compartments are the standard pockets with decent elastic and quality zippers on them also. I really enjoy the built in combination locks. I have been accustomed to using small padlocks and carrying keys. The outside of the luggage has two zippered compartments with same strong zippers and work well. The handles on them are plastic but I see no reason why I should have any issues with them. They extent nicely, lock in the right places, and extend extremely long so I don’t need to slouch or lean to pull them behind me. I am 5’10”
    The insides are lined in satin type material that should hold up over time. All three pieces for under $200 seems like a bargain to me. I’m satisfied with the purchase and recommend the type and brand.

    We bought this to replace a 20 year old set that had seen better days. We purchased the orange which is really like a dark goldish color, which I love. We just got home from a big trip to South America and used the carry on and the 24" middle sized pieces. They handled the trip intact, but showed a lot of black marks from the airport luggage belts. I love that you can easily find your luggage because of the color, but I don't like that I have to scrub the marks off (used a Magic Eraser) after a trip. I think a darker color might not be so noticeable. Also, the carry on is not expandable, the larger pieces are. I like that soft luggage is more forgiving when they are stuffed (mine usually are!) I am keeping my fingers crossed that the zippers will prove to be durable. I like the weight, the wheels worked well, and the price was great. I'm concerned about durability and the cleaning issue, but all in all it's a great set for the price.

    Le fait qu'elles se rangent les unes dans les autres est bien pratique. Les roues sont très fonctionnelles à vide. à voir quand les valises sont plaines. Elles ont l'air bien solides

    I already have soft cases which have lasted for many holidays but they needed replacing.
    I was torn between this companies hard shell cases or the soft, because I thought the hard would last longer. However, as our old ones had lasted we went with these soft shell ones.
    They arrived very quickly, and packaged well.
    We went with the purple and they look really nice.
    The quality looks good, the sizes are as published and the space inside is good. The wheels are also robust looking.
    Overall very happy with how they appear, we will be using them soon so we will have to see how they stand up to it but I am confident.
