This massage gun works well and helps with sore muscles. It has different speed settings and a strong build. The battery lasts a long time, and it’s easy to use. One thing I love and hate is the weight of the massage gun, as it has enough weight needed for your muscles, but it can also be tiring to hold for extended use (But that depends on how long you're using it for) The only thing I would change if I could go back in time is to getting the version that lets you adjust the massage head for more flexibility. Overall, it’s a solid option for muscle relief

I felt compelled to write this review. I bought this thing to treat myself after residing our house solo; my fat butt needed some relief after climbing up and down so much. When it showed up, my wife was a little mad at how expensive it was. 🤣 Fast forward a couple months, we are both believers. We are far from elite athletes, but we chase our kids, do projects, garden, occasionally sleep wrong, so forth. This thing really helps tension and soreness. Now it lays around the house on coffee tables and bookshelves, and we both pick it up for little ten minute sessions here and there several times a week. Overall, I think it's worth the money.
