No matter if I use this for tea or coffee, this cup works! Real easy to follow instructions, but you'll want to pay attention to it as I believe it has a shut off time. The button on the cup is easy enough to locate, but not so easy that a bump will press it. You'd have to locate it and press it to make sure it's on and on your desired drink temperature. There's 3 to choose from, I usually choose the second one because it keeps it at a hot enough temperature to make it feel like I'm drinking coffee fresh from the pot, or freshly made tea. If you work in an office setting to where this would be real handy for you, I'd recommend it. I'd even recommend it if you work from home!

Meh
I love the idea and could be a game changer for coffee drinkers like me. However, there are a few things that disappoints me about this mug. 1. on the "hot" setting, the battery drains way faster than I want. It doesn't last 30 minutes before it starts to blink. I am a coffee sipper, and this puts a kink by starting a clock when I turn it on. 2. the size says 14oz. However, in my 12oz Keurig setting, it fills to the very top. 3. It left coffees stain on the inside. Immediately, it makes the coffee cup look dirty and gross even after a thorough cleaning. Maybe it's the material used or muted colors. Not a fan of the muted colors. 4. I can't put it in the dishwasher. I understand the electronics, however, there's got to be a better solution than having to handwash it every time I want a cup of coffee. It's just not quite 2025 technology. I can leave cheap solar or other cheaply made electronic out in the rain and sun. No worries of the effects of water. This product should be able to handle a dishwasher for the price tag. With all that said, I like keeping my coffee hot for a longer period of time. I won't return it. But want to see it improved for a better experience.

Makes for a great gift for anyone for any occasion AND it's also a great product. You don't have to mess with an app or connect it to some Bluetooth bs. You charge it and turn it on and it's done. I wish the battery lasted a little longer, but it lasts forever on the coaster obviously. It absolutely stays hot as per what you set it at. Yeah you can't set it to exactly 176 degrees, but like who TF needs that anyway? You either want it warm or HOT AF or in between.
Perfect simple gift and for yourself with no app hassle.

VERY easy and simple to use for your aging boomer parents or Grandma that still doesn't know what a cell phone is.
It's really easy to clean too. Just get it. Ember's lame.
Be aware though. You cannot expect this to go from cold coffee that's sat for an hour to piping hot on its own. I thought something was wrong with mine when I first got it. Put it on the coaster thingy if you wanna try that.
