    I've been dying since the stay-at-home order due to COVID-19. I generally get a massage every week or two. I decided to get this to keep my arthritic feet feeling good until a regular massage is possible again. I love it. It is capable of good pressure (I had wimpy massages). My only gripe is that it is made to accommodate a wide variety of feet, so it is bigger than my Women's Size 10. As it massages, it tends to push my feet back, which can result in painful pressure on the tips of my toes. I have solved that by using it at my desk, with the end up against that wall, so I can keep my feet pushed forward in the machine.

    Amazon or Homedics should make it clear in easily findable words that this product cannot be returned. I feel robbed and taken advantage of. This product causes pain in my foot when used at any and all settings, even the lowest. Not therapeutic at all. If that was not enough it "massages" only the upper part of my small foot or my husband's big feet. A waste of money. Not good business practice. Not good product.

    UPDATE: A few days using this product I noticed one of my toes hurt. I removed my sock and the toe had turned purple. I went to the doctor and x rays were taken. The toe was not broken but badly bruised. There is no question as to how the toe got bruised and no other way my toe could have been injured. I paid so much money for a machine that caused me injury as well as pain and I can't get a refund. This Is Not Right. I think HoMedics should issue a refund for this dangerous harm-causing machine.

    I'm not a massage person, but I am a runner striving for longer and longer distances. I wanted to get something to help my feet recover a little better now that I'm trying to go for ultras. I've had this for I think two months now and I do enjoy it and get use out of it. I like that it auto shuts off for safety. The air feature seems a bit too compressing even on the lowest setting, but again, I'm not really used to this sort of thing so maybe I'll get used to it. I use the kneading/heat feature the most. I love the three levels for kneading. It does sometimes feel odd though and the bumpled rollers feel prickly quite often, especially on my heel. I have to keep adjusting my feet sometimes so that it doesn't feel uncomfortable. But I know it does work, and I do look forward to using it. My feet feel less fatigued after a longer run in the morning. Plus I have a job, so it really helps recharge my feet to keep moving later in the day. All in all, a good investment, just may take more getting used to being not a massage person.

    I got this as a gift for my mom, as she had a very painful surgery on her feet that left her aching constantly. I saw this because my mother in law got one as well and let me try it. My mom has used this almost every day since. She loves it. It’s SUPER comfortable and feels so good how it will grip and massage your feet. The warmth you can turn on is an amazing feature for women like us who are always cold lol. Perfect gift for someone like my mother who has aching feet, or just basically anyone who enjoys a foot massage. Absolutely worth the money for this, and would buy again.
