I've been using this toothpaste for a couple of weeks and have not experienced any tooth sensitivity issues. The flavor is good and leaves my teeth feeling clean. Whitening effectiveness... hard to say. My teeth are maybe slightly white since I started using it. Be warned... it's a small 2.1 oz tube.

I’m not sure about one day, because my teenage kids who use it don’t have stains on their teeth, but I think it does work significantly well.
