Wet skin with lukewarm water. Pump cleanser into hands and work into lather. Massage into skin in a gentle, circular motion. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry without rubbing. Cleanse morning and/or evening.

Did some research before picking up this item at my local Ulta, only to find out that it makes my face feel really hot when it touches the skin, and even hotter when I run it under water to rinse it off. Formula Changed
The formula has changed and is no longer good. This was my favorite cleanser and I bought a few to stock up, but now I have to return them all because the formula changed to include a few extra ingredients like citric acid. Very disappointing.
Ouch!
I do not recommend this cleanser - it burned my skin when I used it, and also left little red spots of irritation. It particularly irritated my eye area. I have dry, sensitive skin and this is a hard pass.

The first 4 times I used this product it was decent. After that, my face started to burn everytime.
