Therabody never disappoints!
Therabody is one of my favorite innovators in the game, and I especially loved their Smart Goggles. I have a rough time with getting proper sleep and decompressing before bed. This device is perfect for helping with that and also keeping a good track of how it's been helping you. You can connect the device to the Therabody app and control the device from there + your progress in terms of heart rate at the beginning/end of usage. There are 3 levels to the heat and 3 different types of modes (Relax, Sleep, Focus). The app also comes with audio in case you want that with any of your modes. The device is one of the more expensive ones on the market, but it's well worth it if you are consistent with your use!

Although the fit could improve and the strap adjustment is somewhat tricky, I haven't found a better option, so this eye massaging mask remains the best choice for now. Despite wishing it didn't cost $200, it's an essential tool for anyone who spends considerable time in front of screens.

I use the Therabody app to control mine and listen to iRest Yoga Nidra while doing a relaxation setting on this device. I find it works wonders. I wish the app had a iRest Yoga Nidra session on it to run with this, but I will make sure. I am absolutely happy I bought this and look forward to future lighter models and updates to the app. I would definitely recommend this for anyone. I love mine.

    I wanted to like this as I have many other products from this brand but I ended up returning it. The smart features are great but the issue comes with how this fits on your head. They feel like they are about to fall off during the whole treatment and the air bladder that is there to massage around the nose does not come in contact with your face (i.e. you can hear it filling up but it never presses on your face).

    If the fitment issues were addressed I would by again. The quality and features really are top notch but the fit disqualifies it as usable for me.

    I have ordered two of these generations but also already had the first gen. These are a lot tighter than the first gen, and they have the lip to blackout everything. However they are not as comfortable. What’s strange is, I ordered two pairs. One pair seems to have a stronger massage and vibration than the other pair. Both have a long battery life. But I still think the first gen is better, and softer than this pair.

    I would recommend waiting for the next version or wait for the garage sales in the summer. You might find them for $25.00 or even less.
    There’s other similar products that are more affordable options on Amazon that you can buy without breaking the bank. That’s if you’re determined to give the concept a try. It does make you realize that massaging your eyes and temples is beneficial but your hands or your partners hands are much more sophisticated devices.
    It’s the kind of device that buyers would use for a few weeks until they realize it’s more trouble than it’s worth. This is another device that is by your bedside that needs charging and has a bright indicator light that lights up the room if you don’t keep it covered or put it in its case while charging. The music that comes with the app is very corny and not anything that I would consider.
